TalkWithMe is free for personal use. AI features and cross-device sync require a free account and run on a daily usage allowance; reviewing your cards needs neither. Allowance sizes may change as we learn what the service costs to run.
Cards, images, and everything else you make stay yours. You give us the permission needed to store, sync, and process them to provide the features you use. Export or delete at any time from inside the app.
Pictures the AI generates for you go one step further: a copy joins a pool other learners can search and reuse, so you also grant permission to show and copy those to them. This is on unless you turn it off — Settings → "Share generated pictures" stops it for future pictures. Photos you upload and pictures you find on the web are never shared. See the privacy policy for what gets stored alongside them.
Don't use the service for anything unlawful, don't try to break or overload it, and don't resell access to it. Accounts that abuse the service or its AI allowance can be suspended or removed.
The service is provided as-is, without warranties; it's a small product and things occasionally break. AI output can be wrong — treat it as practice material, not authority. We're not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us (currently: nothing).
We may update these terms; the date above moves when we do, and continued use means acceptance. You can leave any time — Settings → Delete account removes your account, everything we hold for it, and that account's cards on the device you delete it from. Pictures already shared to the community pool stay in it.
